grew up in Miami, FL and spent most of his time skateboarding, drawing comics and complaining that his hands were too small to play guitar. He later studied math and physics at the University of Florida before receiving a B.S. in Fine Art at the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a focus in drawing, printmaking and digital art. After moving to the Central Coast, Brian pursued a career in graphic design while working at various ad agencies in San Luis Obispo. In 2010, he co-founded a successful design studio that partners with top theatrical licensing companies such as Disney, Concord Theatricals and Music Theatre International. Today, he runs his own studio – Artichoked Creative – that specializes in brand identity, print design, poster illustration and book covers.
