Piano Master Class with John Novacek

Festival Mozaic Artist-in-Residence John Novacek will lead this free master class for piano students at Allan Hancock College in Santa Maria. Master classes are great opportunities for young performers. Each student will play a selection for Mr. Novacek, after which he will work with the students for 20-30 minutes offering constructive feedback: suggestions on musical ideas, practice techniques, and more. These classes are always very interesting and informative for musicians and non-musicians alike!
This event is free and open to the public, but advance reservations are required.

🕓 This event will begin at 4:00 PM and last approximately 90 minutes, without an intermission.
🍷 Concessions will NOT be sold at this event.
🚗 Parking on Allan Hancock College's campus during the week requires a parking permit. We recommend parking in Lot 1 or Lot 2 located on the south end of the campus. Plan to purchase a $2 parking permit from the kiosk machine located near the Humanities building on the west end of the parking lot, and display the parking permit on your dashboard.
